To determine what tier your business is and the rate at which you will be billed, we are required to go onsite to assess the amount of computers / workstations, network devices, printers, IoT devices, etc.
Once the assessment is finished, you will be given a tier rating and a rate at which you will be billed if you choose to partner with ByteBudget.
Termination
Give 30 days notice of termination of service
OR
Pay the termination fee, which is, the average payment amount from the previous 6 months of MSP.
Total paid to ByteBudget in a 6 month period, divided by 6.
Management Fees
Management fees cover the cost of the security software, RMM software, monitoring software, etc. These fees are vital to ensuring we do not lose money on the months we do not need to provide support / services.
