How We Determine Rates
MSP rates are determined by what tier your business / company belongs in. The bigger the business, the higher the tier.
Bigger businesses have more infrastructure, more complex management needs, require more support, and have more complex logistics in general.
Same Quality Service
Tiers do not reflect quality of service, support priority, service availability, etc.
Tiers are just a means of categorizing clients by size and pricing those clients in accordance with their size and resource / service use.
Buying Hardware / Software
Regardless of billing method, you will be billed for any equipment, software, or hardware purchased through or from ByteBudget.
Exceptions to this is software that is provided as part of the MSP service.
